On November 21, the Poverty Reduction through Social Entrepreneurship (PRESENT) Coalition, the Institute for Social Entrepreneurship in Asia (ISEA), the Ateneo Center for Social Entrepreneurship (ACSEnt) and the Office of House of Representatives Jose Manuel “Joeman” Alba of 1st District of Bukidnon organized a policy forum on the PRESENT Bill at Faber Hall, Ateneo de Manila University, Quezon City. The forum aimed to recruit additional champions and drumbeat campaign on the PRESENT bill at the House of Representatives. In attendance were House of Representatives Yevgeny Emano (2nd District of Misamis Oriental), Anna Victoria Veloso-Tuazon (3rd District of Leyte, Joselito “Joel” Sacdalan (1st District of North Cotabato), and Jonathan Keith Flores (2nd District of Bukidnon) who have expressed their support and committed to file the bill in the 19th Congress.
