“Self Sustaining Financing Solutions for Community Connectivity” is now available online! This publication, which contains the official outcome of the UN IGF Dynamic Coalition on Community Connectivity was presented at the Internet Governance Forum in Norway last June 23-27, 2025.
ISEA President Marie Lisa Dacanay and ISEA Fellows Albert Teo and Jay Lacsamana co-authored a chapter featuring insights from case studies in Asia and Africa: “Towards Measuring the Social Impact and Cost Effectiveness of Community Centered Connectivity Initiatives.”
