The Institute for Social Entrepreneurship in Asia (ISEA) and the Association of Progressive Communications held a forum on “Community Networks: Complementary Solutions, Innovations and Partnerships to Bridge the Digital Divide” last March 30, 2023. This was a side event at the 10th #APFSD showcasing community networks and the important role of partnerships and policy in enabling these innovative solutions to bridge the digital divide.
