ISEA President joins Ashoka’s event on Catalyzing Systems Change through Women’s Leadership
Last November 24, 2021, Ashoka South East Asia in partnership with S&P Global Foundation and Deutsche Bank organized an event called “ReThink: Catalyzing Systems Change Through Women’s Leadership”. This event is part of the Advancing Women Social Entrepreneurs (AWSE) in ASEAN program. Joining the conversation as one of the 20 changemakers was ISEA President, Dr Marie Lisa Dacanay during the parallel session on “DEEPEN: Rethinking Partnerships and Collaboration.”
The event aimed to meaningfully transform our current crises into opportunity as we need to acknowledge new and different ways of creating meaningful, lasting change. It also aimed to ask us to lead and develop leaders to think, strategize and act in more systemic, inclusive and generative ways.
