Objectives:

  • To dialogue on a social enterprise sector rehabilitation agenda and platform focused on building sustainable livelihood systems and better mechanisms for the delivery of basic needs/services among key poverty groups most affected by Yolanda.
  • To launch the Reconstruction Initiative through Social Enterprise (RISE)

as a multisectoral platform to make social enterprise development a major strategy to enhance public-private partnerships in pursuit of Reconstruction Assistance on Yolanda

  • To provide a venue for dialogue between the social enterprise, government and business sectors on RISE
